About me:
My name is Adel Paakraad. I have always considered myself a lifelong student of the arts. I had the good fortune growing up in a family surrounded by artists; that’s why I started painting and drawing at a young age. But since I started film school in 2011, I truly fell in love with photography, which was the beginning of a new journey.
Since beginning photography, my passion has been to capture the beauty and the simplicity in people’s lives. As I learn more about them, I use their stories as an inspiration to create art.
Depending on the project, sometimes I work with other team members like videographers, makeup artists, photo editors, and light assistants.
About positive effects of basic drawing skills on life:
Drawing skills positively impact all aspects of life by fostering creativity, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and providing a therapeutic outlet for self-expression. These skills encourage individuals to see the world from unique perspectives, improving observation and attention to detail. In an artistic way, drawing cultivates patience and focus while allowing emotions to flow freely, promoting mental well-being. It bridges communication gaps by visually conveying ideas and emotions, enriching personal and professional interactions. Through its versatility, drawing not only enriches artistic pursuits but also contributes to personal growth and a deeper connection with the world..

I designed and conducted interactive painting and drawing workshops, tailored lesson plans to diverse needs, provided constructive feedback to enhance skills, organized exhibitions to showcase student art, and fostered a supportive environment to nurture creativity and confidence. Additionally, facilitate art happy hours that blend relaxation with creativity, offering guided painting sessions in a casual setting to encourage artistic expression and social interaction.
